Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissants

1 can Store bought Crescent Dough
1   8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
½ Cup of Blueberries
1 Egg seperated
1 Teaspoon of water
1 Tablespoon of sugar

Place Crescent Bread Dough evenly in medium pan
Mix Cream Cheese, egg yolk and sugar until creamy – fold in blueberries
Spread cream cheese blueberries on 2/3rds of bread dough.
Cut remaining bread dough and criss-cross dough strips over top. Place egg white with 1 teaspoon of water over top of pastry.
Add 1 Tablespoon of sugar

Bake in oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Place glaze over cooked pastry.

Glaze
1/3 Cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of milk
½ teaspoon of almond extract
